4.4 phlwin accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any other individual under any circumstances.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phlwin reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, provided that the account balance remains positive. Players will be notified by the contact details on file before any dormancy fees are applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.
5.1 phlwin is required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money-laundering (AML) legislation to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and at any point determined appropriate by the Platform's compliance obligations.
5.2 As part of the KYC process, phlwin may require you to provide one or more of the following documents:

6.2 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phlwin account within seconds of successful payment confirmation from the e-wallet provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect, depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution.
6.3 phlwin does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside phlwin's control. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider regarding any applicable fees on your end.
6.4 Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your phlwin account. If you believe a deposit was made in error or by an unauthorised party, contact phlwin support immediately at [email protected].
6.5 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds deposited on your behalf by another person — are not permitted at phlwin. Accounts found to have received third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.
7.1 Withdrawals from your phlwin account are subject to the following conditions: your account must have completed KYC verification; your account must be in good standing with no active investigations; the withdrawal amount must consist of cleared real-money funds (not unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds); and the requested amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount at phlwin is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
7.3 Withdrawal Method Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. phlwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests to payment methods not previously used for deposits.
7.4 phlwin targets processing GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to four (4) hours during standard processing periods. 7.5 phlwin does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals. The full approved withdrawal amount will be transmitted to your designated payment method. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own receiving fees, which are outside phlwin's control.
7.6 phlwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with typical account activity, or flagged by phlwin's AML monitoring systems. Such reviews may temporarily delay processing. phlwin will communicate the status of any delayed withdrawal to the affected player within a reasonable period.
8.1 phlwin offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, which form part of these Terms and take precedence in case of any conflict.
8.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your phlwin account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. 9.1 All games available on the phlwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing from certified studio facilities. Game outcomes are determined by the underlying game software supplied by our certified game providers and are not influenced by phlwin.
9.2 The result recorded in phlwin's server logs at the time of game completion constitutes the final and binding outcome of any wager. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the server-recorded result, the server-recorded result shall be definitive.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
13.2 phlwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the Platform, even if phlwin has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
13.3 phlwin's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude phlwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by phlwin's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
14.1 Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your phlwin account at any time by contacting phlwin's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.2 Closure by phlwin: phlwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory compliance requirements; or any activity that phlwin reasonably believes may cause harm to the Platform or other players.
14.3 Where an account is closed by phlwin due to a breach of these Terms, phlwin reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, Bonus Funds, and pending transactions associated with the breaching activity. For closures that are not attributable to any breach by the player, phlwin will process any eligible real-money balance for return to the player.

16.2 The version of the Terms currently published at phlwin.lat/terms-conditions is the version in force. Continuing to use the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure pursuant to Section 14.1.
17.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.2 Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution procedures.
